Jodi Rubin joined CCS Restoration in 2008. Her background is in historic preservation and construction.  She was the Historic Preservation Officer for the City of Orlando for 15 years and taught historic preservation at Rollins College for 9 years.  She joined Classic Renovations, a residential construction firm that specializes in historic properties and is a Florida certified residential contractor. Her extensive knowledge of and passion for historic buildings are a perfect fit for CCS Restoration. As the owner of CCS Restoration, Jodi handles our sales, marketing and anything that doesn't involve power tools.

Chris Stevens’ reputation as a craftsman of fine woodwork is unmatched. He has been the primary carpenter at CCS Restoration, building windows and doors, running trim and siding and restoring doors.  His vast knowledge of traditional building methods allows him to faithfully recreate historic wood windows, doors, siding and trim.  Chris is a patient and knowledgeable teacher.  He has been training carpenters and restorers to carry on the tradition. In 2010, Chris was the recipient of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation’s prestigious Master Craftsman Award.
